Toronto artists flowanastasia & Tyr Kohout have released on almost every major DnB label. During their live shows, they deliver vibes across the spectrum from soulful rollers to neurofunk and dancefloor smashers.  With flowanastasia MCing and singing original songs (+ some fun covers) in the mix with Tyr Kohout on the decks, they have performed in the UK, Europe and North America. In 2024, they made their European festival debuts at Rampage Open Air, Exit Festival and Liquicity Festival!

Individually, flowanastasia is a vocalist/MC who has collaborated with producers like Mefjus, S.P.Y, Pythius, Taxman, GLXY, Nymfo, Synergy, Rido, Waeys and more. She has released on labels like Critical, MODUS, Metalheadz, Shogun, UKF Pilot, Blackout and Viper, with features in Spotify and Apple editorial playlists. She was nominated for "Best Vocalist" at the 2022 Drum&BassArena Awards and won “Best Vocalist” at the TorontoDNB Awards in 2022-2024. Her song "The One" was performed by a 35-piece UK orchestra live at OrchestRAM. Born in Ukraine, her lyrics and online content focus on positivity and mental health. 

Tyr Kohout is a producer, DJ and coveted sound engineer with music releases including Deviant Audio, Shogun, Liquicity, Viper, UKF Pilot, Hospital, Anjunabeats and 1 More Thing. He is regarded by peers as a “scientist of sound” and has showcased tutorials for production, mixing, and mastering on STRANJAH’s YouTube channel to 100k subscribers. Tyr is also the sound engineer and co-writer for all of flowanastasia's DnB vocals. His own music has premiered on channels including Drum & Bass Arena, UKF Drum & Bass, Inspector Dubplate, VISION Radio and Skankandbass. 

Together, flowanastasia & Tyr Kohout have been collaborating on music since 2017, performing live since 2019 and got married in 2023. They've opened for major DnB acts like KOVEN, Calyx & TeeBee, RUSKO, State Of Mind and LTJ Bukem and performed at many nightclub events in Canada and Europe (including Get In Step Paris, Cheeky Monday Amsterdam, The Hive Vienna, Lakota Bristol, Blackout 360 Utrecht). They’ve also created guest mixes for Above & Beyond Group Therapy, DnB Girls and Data Transmission.
